Transparency - How Important Is It?

Being transparent is one of the keys to growing a successful business - people want to know you're authentic - be quick to appreciate your clients, and be just as quick to apologize and make amends if you make a mistake.  Sometimes, we think being "politically correct" and watching what we say is the best way to stay on good terms with clients...I think people have grown tired of being handled with kid gloves.
