What happens in 60 seconds on the internet?

Incredible how much we use technology today!  It's both a blessing and a curse - we can REACH millions of people in an instant, but our COMMUNICATION with each other has suffered. We've all seen people sitting at a table, all looking at their smartphones instead of engaging in conversation.  I asked my 12 year old daughter for ideas on what we can do differently - "let's have one day a week, without our phones" was her reply.  So...Sunday is our designated day...no phones.  I have a feeling we won't miss it!
